Hosting a Gatsby wine and vintage food tasting.

While working at Rosewood Mayakoba as a food and beverage manager I had the pleasure to host a Gatsby themed dinner in which the idealism of the jazz age mixed with the old style of Italian mafia. Great Italian classics with gorgeous Mexican wines.
