Vegan fried fish. Potato and seaweed, delicious fishy flavor!

For those who were born into a vegan lifestyle it is not difficult to restrain from certain flavors such as fish, but for those who are turning into veganism it may be hart to deal with the cravings. While taking a cooking course in Puerto Morelos, Mexico, I learnt that a delicious dish that can be prepared instead of fish is using shredded potato (as if preparing hash brown) and mixing in some seaweed cut into small pieces. Adding some salt will allow the starch to water out and this will allow you to create patties which will then, be fried. The aroma and flavor this dish acquires is by far delicious and harmless.
