Already 10 years since I got to Le Cordon Bleu London to become a chef… Time flies!

Still debating whether I wanted to be a forensic psychologist or a chef, I arrived to my beloved London once more in 2005, to discover a universe of colors, smells, spices and techniques. My time at Le Cordon Bleu was without a doubt one of the best stages of my life.
