Where does the tradition of throwing Bailey’s into Guinness beer come from? I have no idea to be honest but have strong beliefs that is it an American thing.. The trick is to drink it fast otherwise the milk will separate leaving you with a not so great looking beverage (imagine a couple spoons of cottage cheese into your beer). However it does taste really good, sort of like a Bailey’s cappuccino.
