Bernard is a beer produced in the Czech Republic (Vysočina Region), it is not pasteurized and it is a rather bitter lager. Don’t pay so much attention to the guy next to me being funny.. his name is Tomas Avila, a food and beverage expert from Chile and with whom I have had the pleasure to work for some years.
