Guava, a queen bee in vitamin c and antioxidant fiber, it is native to Mexico, central America and the north of south America. Not only it is delicious but its seeds contain acid oils that are fantastic for a healthy blood system. The trick in making popsicles of high quality is the amount of fruit used, the more fruit the less sugar and water and definitely flavorings are a no no.
