A crispy touch on top of certain dishes will add the texture you were missing in your plate (remember the Cordon Bleu rule of always having at least three textures in your dishes). Whether it is onion which goes great with steak and potatoes or like in this photo, thinly sliced asparagus (you can do it with a peeler) this crispy veggies will add up to your creation.
